Villa Nirvana is located in the residential neighborhood of Sainte-Anne in Grande-Terre, Guadeloupe. A luxury, contemporary villa at its finest, it boasts an exclusive location on the coast. Its five bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests, making it just perfect for a family or a group of friends. Protected by an alarm system, it is also surrounded by a private garden for complete privacy.
This architect-designed villa is tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a most comfortable stay. This U-shaped home is built around a swimming pool and the outdoor areas. There's a bright bar area, a carbet (traditional, thatched structure) designed to admire the sea, deckchairs, a hammock, etc. As you have clearly understood, there's no shortage of places to relax! This luxury villa is organized around three living areas.
A functional kitchen in the villa's center features a center island. It's fully-fitted, there's even a juicer! The kitchen opens on to two tastefully decorated living areas. The first one is surrounded by net curtains making it possible to access the pool deck while the second one provides a cozy indoor area with sofas and a flat-screen TV.
There are two sleeping areas on either side of the living room. The villa has four air conditioned double bedrooms and one air conditioned bedroom with two twin beds and a sliding door. Three bedrooms have their own private bathroom with a WC and walk-in shower. A fourth bathroom is reserved for the other two bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with an office area and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
This luxury villa in Guadeloupe provides an exceptional setting conducive to relaxing and experiencing a true getaway feeling. Villa Nirvana is just the place to recharge your batteries with family or friends. This pristine site is only a few hundred meters from the surfing beach of Helleux. A lovely place to walk is accessible down from your villa making it possible to go along the coast surrounded by nature or to have your morning jog.
Being halfway between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François gives you the option of choosing among the white-sand beaches that dot the coast. The Bourg de Sainte-Anne beach and its seaside market are only a 10-minute car ride away. There are plenty of activities in the area— jet skiing, kitesurfing, jumping-off points for boat excursions, etc. Sights to see in Saint-François, including an 18-hole golf course, marina, casino, a number of restaurants and shops, are only a 15-minute car ride from the villa.

Notre séjour était top. La villa est superbe, un cadre magnifique. La villa, que des prestations au Top , félicitations au propriétaire. Sans aucune hésitation, je la relouerai . Célia et son mari, super agréable et d'une gentillesse . Quoi dire d'autre ? à refaire !!! Encore merci.

Bonjour, Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Victoria toujours très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Cependant la villa « viellie », un certain nombre de choses sont abîmés dec, etc. Le rapport qualité prix est peut être à réévaluer.
Merci d'avoir pris le temps d'évaluer la villa Nirvana. Après avoir fait le point avec les propriétaires, nous souhaitions partager les correctifs qui seront apportés à savoir les verres vont être changés, ainsi que le canapé du salon. Le deck a été réparé il y a deux ans. Le projet est de refaire toutes les lambourdes sous les lattes de bois. Cela sera fait courant d'ici Octobre lors de la venue des propriétares

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille à la villa, elle est très bien équipée il ne manque absolument rien, tout est bien pensé.. Très bien placée et cette vue, on ne s'en lasse pas! Merci à Coralie VillaVEO pour sa réactivité et ses bons conseils, et merci à Karine la concierge qui nous a très bien accueilli.. Organisation irréprochable.. Une chose est sure nous reviendrons! Amazing house with beautiful views and spectacular pool. All rooms were well appointed, clean and fabulous. Loved the huge sliding glass doors that open the house to the huge deck and pool areas. The welcome and support we received from Victoria was also wonderful. She not only helped with knowing the house but suggested great restaurants and things to do that were fantastic. She really helped make our stay magical. Thank you to the Villa Veo team for a perfect trip to paradise

We had a wonderful week at Villa Nirvana. The pictures do not do it justice. The Villa is nestled in one of Guadeloupe's rare gated communities (of about 10 properties) and is ideally located a few minute walk from a beautiful swimming beach with a cute restaurant on one side and one of the island's best surfing spots on the other (get a lesson from Jex if you would like to give surfing a shot). You could not ask for a better view and the sliding doors blur the divide between the interior and exterior. We will miss waking up to coffees in the sun overlooking the surfers, walking by the cows grazing in the grasses in front of the property and cocktails by the pool. Don't hesitate to reach out to Victoria (the property's concierge) if you have any questiosn while you're there. She's very helpful!

L'attention et le service Villaveo sont irréprochables. J'ai particulièrement apprécié votre suivi. L'accueil et l'accompagnement de Karine Boulogne sont très satisfaisants. Le traîteur fut très ponctuel, même si les produits proposés n'étaient pas du niveau de ceux de notre séjour en Martinique (pourtant moins chers !) Villa notée 5/5 malgré des problèmes avec les volets roulants (1 fois de notre faute, mais l'autre fois du fait d'un système d'enroulement peut-être un peu vieillot... peut-être même les 2 fois...mais je déteste la polémique et... je me mets à la place du propriétaire !!!) Mais la villa fut parfaite, nous la relouerons si nous revenons...ce qui n'est pas exclu.)

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
