Villa Petite Ifrevana is located in the town of Anses d'Arlet, on the Caribbean side of Martinique. This four-bedroom villa has an ideal location for travelers wishing to explore South Martinique. With direct access to the sea from its private pontoon, you benefit from a prime location for reaching the azure sea. The villa is secured by a large gate and you have covered parking to park two vehicles. It also has a surveillance system with cameras. It is also possible to rent the villa for 10 or 12 people by booking one or two annex bungalows (they are closed and cannot be rented if the main villa is booked).

This vacation home in Martinique is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. Each room has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. All the rooms in this vacation rental in Martinique are air conditioned and have mosquito nets on the windows. The house is ventilated and has a superb view of the sea and the surrounding nature. A tiled path winds through the flowerbeds and leads to the pontoon. A landscaped deck allows you to sunbathe out of sight.

Snorkelers will be able to explore the seabed from the pontoon. We meet around the villa many tropical fish and very often turtles!
Going along the rocks you get to the beach (or via the road, count around 5 minutes on foot - beware it climbs on the way back!). Grande Anse beach is a superb white sand beach. The must, rent a parasol and a deckchair at the beach restaurant Le Ti Sable, all with a cocktail of fresh juice! We have being traveling to different beautiful places for spring break over that last 15 years. We are party of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids . This villa by far was best one we have ever stayed in. The veranda/living/dining room space was amazing - the view was unbelievable! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly want - the ice maker was a hit and was heavily used. The beds were so comfortable and the fact that every room has a bathroom was wonderful. We will definitely come back!

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
