I personally did the photo shooting and wrote the description below. The main assets of this holiday rental are:

Villa Petit Frangpanier, located in Sainte Luce in Martinique, is just waiting to welcome you for your dream vacation on the water.
Depending on the size of your group, you can rent three of the five bedrooms in this spacious villa. In this reduced Frangipanier version, you'll have the three bedrooms on the main level of the villa at your disposal. Each air conditioned bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets and a private bathroom with a shower and WC. Two of the bedrooms are directly across from one another and have double beds. You will then cross a living area where you'll find the third bedroom featuring two twins beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. This bedroom is equipped for persons with reduced mobility thanks to its specially designed bathroom.
The villa opens on to a large covered patio directly accessing the garden, pool and sea! This space is designed with having fun and relaxing in mind. There's a spacious living area with a sofa and cozy armchairs, a bar and bookshelves, a dining area with a big table directly adjoining the kitchen. Everything is perfectly thought out and functional. The kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffee machine, rice cooker, etc.
From the patio, a staircase leads to the garden which gently slopes down to the sea. The lush greenery offers welcome respite from the Caribbean sun. Mango trees, papaya trees, lemon trees—you'll be able to discover the island's local fruit right from your garden. Dive into the pool facing the sea for a refreshing dip before cocktails under the thatched gazebo. Take a nap in the hammock cradled by the lapping of the waves. Or slip on the flippers and a mask at your disposal and jump in the water to discover colorful tropical fish. At the end of the day, take a stroll along the shore while taking in the breathtaking sunset. What else can you say, life is good!
A wide choice of seaside restaurants where you can dine on lobster and grilled fish is a short car ride away. You can also rent kayaks if you want to spend some time on the water. Along the coast, there's one white sand beach after another, you'll find it difficult to choose which one you prefer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est reposante, tres bien équipée et parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants. Enfin des vacances sans stress! Jean pierre est chaleureux et de bon conseil, et l'équipe de villaveo prévenante et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons dans la villa petit frangipanier, c'est sûr ! Et vu la qualité des prestations, nous tenterons d'autres destinations avec villaveo. Merci

Bon séjour dans cette villa tres bien placée et équipée. Seul bémol, nous avons cassé une assiette de la cuisine et l'avons signalé. La propriétaire nous a demandé 5 euros pour une assiette blanche toute simple. Aucun état des lieux n'ayant été fait à l'installation, nous aurions pu ne rien dire. Vu le prix de la location soit 300 euros la nuit, nous avons trouvé la demande un brin mesquine. À part cela nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Merci Françoise d'avoir pris le temps de laisser une évaluation sur la villa Frangipanier. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un bon séjour. Nous tenions toutefois a vous donner un complément d'information sur l'assiette. Elle est en Zénix, c'est un mélange de porcelaine et de verre, fabriquée spécialement pour les restaurateurs. Ses composants font qu'elle est très mince, légère, très solide et résistante aux chocs. C'est d'ailleurs la première qui soit cassée. Tous les couverts, assiettes, table de salle à manger, fauteuils, etc.. ont été achetés en métropole chez une entreprise spécialisée dans les fournitures pour hôtels et restaurants. Les propriétaires ont fait le choix de produits de qualité pour meubler l'intérieur. A titre indicatif le lot de 6 assiette vaut 50€. Ce n'est pas parce qu'un objet parait simple qu'il n'est pas de qualité, et que son remplacement ne pose pas problème. C'est donc la raison pour laquelle cette participation a été demandée. Nous espérons que cette explication vous permettra de mieux comprendre les raisons de cette demande. Il ne s'agissait nullement d'une mesquinerie, à signaler que l'intendant a gentiment offert un départ tardif pour que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de la villa jusqu'à votre départ. Signe que le confort de nos clients reste bien une priorité ! Espérant avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau.
