Allow approximately 20 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport to reach Villa Milaya, less than 5 minutes to discover La Datcha Beach in the center of Le Gosier, and 3 minutes to swim at the small Anse-Vinaigri Beach in Dampierre. The center of Le Gosier has all the local shops, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacies, etc., to meet your needs during your stay.

Located in the front line by the sea, this superb modern villa is designed on 3 floors, offering an incredible sea view from all levels of the house. Villa Milaya has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The entrance to the house is at the central level, with a small corridor on the right leading to a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a small storage space, as well as a small shower and sink area; a guest toilet is also at this level.


A few steps of stairs lead you to the living room, which combines a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining table, and a lounge area with a sofa and TV. This space is entirely open to the terrace equipped with a climate-controlled pergola and a comfortable outdoor lounge where you can admire the view without ever getting tired of it.

From the living room, a door allows you to access the outside of the house; a staircase takes you to the lower level and the superb pool facing the sea and its sunbed area.

 At this level of the house, you will find two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a shower room and toilet and a small storage space, but also a second lounge area with a second TV and a forthcoming library area. (Note that the villa is still being decorated and furnished.) From each of these two bedrooms, you can enjoy the sea and pool view, and a glass door allows you to access the second shaded terrace with a table for an aperitif while others take care of the barbecue. You will understand that this outdoor space is reserved for relaxation, lazing, and rest.

From the entrance of the house, another staircase takes you to the top floor, where you will find the two last air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and a beautiful shower room. The last bedroom is a master suite, where the bed has been intentionally elevated to appreciate the view as soon as you wake up.


Wherever you are in this superb vacation villa, the sea view is incomparable, whether it's from your wake-up, from the kitchen, during the day from your two terraces, or from the pool.

Villa Milaya is also equipped with a laundry area (currently being arranged), a water cistern for the villa, and Wi-Fi access.
