La villa Petite Ifrevana (villa seule, sans les bungalows) est située sur la commune des Anses d'Arlet, sur la côté Caraïbes de la Martinique. Cette villa de vacances aux Anses d'Arlet dispose d'une localisation idéale pour les voyageurs ayant envie de découvrir le sud Martinique. Avec un accès direct à la mer depuis son ponton privé, vous bénéficiez d'une situation de choix pour rejoindre la mer bleue azur. La villa est sécurisée par un grand portail et vous disposez d'un parking couvert pour garer deux véhicules. Elle dispose également d'un système de surveillance avec caméras. Il est également possible de louer la villa pour 10 ou 12 personnes en réservant un ou deux bungalows annexes (ils sont fermés et ne peuvent être loués si la villa principale est réservée).

Les amateurs de snorkeling pourront depuis le ponton de la villa partir à la découverte des fonds marins. On croise autour de la villa de nombreux poissons tropicaux et bien souvent des tortues !
En longeant les rochers on accède à la plage (ou en passant par la route, compter environ 5 minutes à pied - attention ça grimpe au retour !). La plage de Grande Anse est une superbe plage de sable blanc. Le must: louez un parasol et un transat au restaurant de plage Le Ti Sable, le tout avec un cocktail de jus frais ! Sur Grande Anse, vous trouverez toutes les commodités : supérette, restaurants, bars de plage, club de plongée et quelques boutiques de souvenirs...

We have being traveling to different beautiful places for spring break over that last 15 years. We are party of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids . This villa by far was best one we have ever stayed in. The veranda/living/dining room space was amazing - the view was unbelievable! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly want - the ice maker was a hit and was heavily used. The beds were so comfortable and the fact that every room has a bathroom was wonderful. We will definitely come back!

We had a fabulous time at Villa Petite Ifrevana. The location can't be beat! Very private and tastefully done, and having our own dock to access the snorkelling was a dream come true--such a haven from the busy-ness of the beach. A four bedroom villa where each room as it's own private toilet is definitely a bonus for four couples travelling together. The indoor kitchen is well-equipped and well-appointed, and the outer deck for dining is phenomenal. The outdoor kitchen, too, by the pool was wonderful to have, to keep cooking out of the house. In fact, all of the outdoor living space made it perfect for a larger group--we could space ourselves out for lounging during the day, and the pool was sublime. We loved how treed and lush the gardens were, too,compared to other properties--ours had the most flowers and palms, which we loved. If we can come back one day, we will. This was heaven.
