The biography of Catherine, explorer Saint-Martin


With my passion for the Caribbean and all its riches, it was an obvious choice for me to work in a sector that allows me to promote the islands. Curious by nature and with several years' experience in tourism, I know Saint-Martin very well and would be delighted to help you discover this magnificent destination.

Why Saint-Martin?

A cosmopolitan island, a change of scenery begins with culture. The island is home to no fewer than 120 nationalities! Its 87 km² of surface area offer white sandy beaches, a superb nature reserve, a vibrant nightlife and a varied range of restaurants. Between sharing, hospitality, encounters and relaxation, the friendly Island, as it's known, surprises many! Saint-Martin is a paradise where there's always something going on, whether it's a festive, gastronomic or sporting event, a reconnection with nature or a shopping spree. But be warned, too much of Saint-Martin can be addictive :) We love SXM!

When do we leave for Saint Martin?

The tropical climate ensures pleasant temperatures all year round (from 23°C in winter to 34°C in August). I'm particularly fond of July and August in terms of festivities (August Monday in Anguilla, soca & dancehall concerts, Bastille Day on July 14th in Marigot). Your favorite place in Saint Martin?

The ilet Pinel is undoubtedly one of the island's greatest nature lovers, as it lies right in the heart of the island's nature reserve. You can reach it by kayak, paddle or boat and spend a lazy day here, or just observe the flora and fauna. Absolute bliss, with its fine sandy beach and turquoise waters... A real treat!
