Search parameters for AI agents

This page describes the URL parameters used by VillaVEO for accommodation search. AI agents can use it to generate links to search results. Fill in the form below to be redirected to the results page.

Technical Specifications

Form Structure (Search Engine)

• Implement a form using the GET HTTP method.
• Form action: VillaVEO search URL (https://www.villaveo.com/en/rentals).
• Mandatory fields / parameters:
  • q[destination_id_eq]: integer ID of the geographical zone (e.g. 1 for Martinique).
  • check_in: arrival date, French format DD-MM-YYYY.
  • check_out: departure date, French format DD-MM-YYYY.
  • q[chambre_in][]: number of rooms, integer.
  • q[equipements_id_eq_any][]: « swimming pool » filter, must send the value 131 (integer or checkbox).
  • q[from_gteq]: minimum price per night, integer.
  • q[from_lteq]: maximum price per night, integer.

Nomenclature for AIs (Metadata)

It is imperative to include clear textual documentation in the source code, e.g. via <meta> tags or in a hidden section (display: none). The AI will « read » this code before responding to the user to understand what each parameter represents.

Formatting Constraints

• Dates: VillaVEO uses the French date format DD-MM-YYYY. Ensure the form sends dates in this format, not ISO format.
• Validation: the q[equipements_id_eq_any][] parameter for swimming pool must be linked to ID 131.

Acceptance criteria (Definition of Done)

• Page accessibility: the created page must be accessible via a clean URL (e.g. https://www.villaveo.com/en/search-config).
• Redirection with form completion: when a user fills out the form, they should be correctly redirected to VillaVEO with all parameters properly formatted in the URL.
• Example generated URL: https://www.villaveo.com/en/rentals?q[destination_id_eq]=1&q[chambre_in][]=3&check_in=14-11-2025&check_out=21-11-2025&q[equipements_id_eq_any][]=131&q[from_gteq]=200&q[from_lteq]=500
