The villa features 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation in Martinique, a romantic escape, or a trip with friends. A private parking area is available on-site, secured by an electric gate.
To make the most of your stay and explore the surroundings freely, renting a car is highly recommended. The nearest beach, Les Raisiniers in Trinité, is about a 30-minute drive away — as are several charming coves near Tartane.

This vacation home features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: a master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), and a third bedroom with two single beds. The latter two share a spacious second bathroom. A separate toilet completes the layout.
The bright living area, bathed in natural light thanks to large mirror-effect glass doors, flows into a stylish kitchen with a central island, fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, barbecue, fire pit...). The cozy lounge, fitted with a TV, opens directly onto a large terrace with a sea view.
The terrace of the villa is arranged around a shaded lounge area, facing a deck with sun loungers and a stunning 7x5m saltwater infinity pool, secured by an alarm. A covered outdoor kitchen, perfect for preparing meals al fresco, completes the tropical experience.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
