Villa Perlita, entirely on one level, can accommodate up to 6 people in a harmonious layout designed for comfort and conviviality. This holiday home consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: two bedrooms each equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. A second bathroom, also equipped with a shower, completes the sleeping areas. The warm and bright living area includes a lounge with a smart TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, and ice cube dispenser, ideal for outdoor aperitifs.
Opening onto the terrace, the villa offers a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. You will enjoy a furnished terrace facing the pool, including garden furniture, deckchairs, and a dining table for al fresco meals. The tree-lined garden has an outdoor shower, while barbecue enthusiasts will appreciate the Weber charcoal grill. The private 6 m x 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.50 m), secured by an immersion alarm activated upon your arrival, invites you to relax at any time. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
