Villa Vinay is an elegant villa located on Grande-Terre, in the popular commune of Le Gosier, Guadeloupe. Less than 30 minutes from the airport, this beautiful residence nestled in a peaceful residential area promises a comfortable and relaxing stay. For your convenience, the villa features secure indoor parking for up to three vehicles, accessible via an electric gate and an intercom-enabled entrance gate. Renting a vehicle is essential to fully explore the island's treasures.
Villa Vinay is organized on two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 11 thanks to two additional sofa beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, including a bathtub, for optimum comfort and privacy. The master bedroom, equipped with a 180 king-size bed and a sofa-bed with real mattress, will appeal to couples in search of space and serenity. The other three bedrooms have queen-size 160 beds, one of which has an additional sofa-bed, ideal for a child or teenager. A guest toilet is also available near the living room.
The heart of the villa is a vast, open-plan, air-conditioned living room, bathed in light and opening onto the exterior. It includes a lounge area with a large 180 cm Philips smart TV, pool table and PS4 console, as well as a top-of-the-range indoor kitchen, equipped with a double oven (90 cm), wine cellar, rice cooker, blender and Nespresso machine. An outdoor kitchen completes the facilities, with a Krampouz gas plancha, large Campingaz barbecue, deep fryer and dining area sheltered in a wooden shed. Of course, Wifi is available throughout the villa.
Outside, a vast terrace with sea views invites you to relax: dining table, deckchairs, outdoor shower, garden furniture, outdoor bed, a play area with darts and a swing for younger guests. The 9 x 5-metre saltwater swimming pool, secured by alarm, is the focal point of this fully fenced garden, planted with trees and ventilated. A welcome basket and a real first breakfast (sweet and savory) are offered on arrival, and baby equipment (booster seat, cots) is available on request to make your stay easier. The villa is equipped with a water tank to prevent water shortages.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
