Welcome to Domain Sun Escape, an oasis of relaxation located in the picturesque town of Sainte-Luce in Martinique, on the southern Caribbean coast. Only 26 minutes from the airport, this villa offers privileged access for a stay in southern Martinique. Only 7 minutes by car from Gros Raisin beach, this vacation home is ideal for a stay with friends and family. You can park your vehicle safely within the villa grounds, thanks to a gate. You can also park vehicles for free in front of the domain.
Access to the main living level of Villa Sun Escape is via an outdoor staircase. The pool is located on the garden level.
The main level has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with 160 cm double beds, offering absolute comfort. The 2 bathrooms, one of which is attached to a bedroom, are equipped with showers and WCs. Thereis also one independent WC.
The contemporary interior includes a bright living room with TV and sofa, as well as an office corner for those who wish to work during their stay. The renovated kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking, including a Nespresso machine.
An L-shaped terrace surrounds the house and overlooks the pool (3 m Ă— 4.5 m). You can enjoy your meals in the shade around a large table while keeping an eye on the pool, or relax in the garden lounge. A barbecue completes the outdoor amenities of Domain Sun Escape.
On the pool level, a second separate level completes the accommodation. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 additional guests. This space also has its own kitchen, one WC and a living room with TV, offering more autonomy and privacy for occupants.
The villa is therefore ideal for stays with family or friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space while sharing the pleasures of the pool and outdoor areas.
Finally, the windows are fitted with built-in mosquito screens for optimal comfort throughout the stay.

A Carrefour Express is 5 minutes from the villa, and the covered market of Sainte-Luce takes place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Immerse yourself in Martinican culture by visiting the Trois Rivières distillery or set off on an adventure with Planète Quad, both 10 minutes away. Enjoy water activities with a jet-ski outing or discover the mangrove by kayak; two providers are located within a 10-minute drive. The beaches of Anse Corps de Garde and Gros Raisin are also close by, about 5 minutes by car. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
