From this villa, you can easily reach some of the island’s most beautiful beaches such as Baie aux Prunes or Baie Nettle, both famous for their turquoise waters. Within 10 minutes, you can stroll around the French capital Marigot, with its colorful markets, bakeries, boutiques, and restaurants. For fine dining, Grand Case awaits just 25 minutes away, while Philipsburg on the Dutch side is perfect for a shopping day.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
