Villa Ti Baum is organized on two separate levels, offering guests a perfectly thought-out layout to guarantee comfort and privacy for all. On the first floor, you'll find three air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. A fourth bedroom, accessible from the outside on the lower level, also benefits from its own shower room, ideal for couples of friends or family members wanting a little more independence. Water autonomy is also guaranteed thanks to the presence of a cistern in the villa.
The main living area is spacious, bright and completely open-plan, combining a comfortable living room with TV and a carefully designed open kitchen. Featuring a convivial central island, the kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, large fridge-freezer (with ice-cube dispenser) and dishwasher. It opens onto the outside, allowing you to take full advantage of the sea view while cooking.
Outside, the large 66 m² terrace overlooks the sea and surrounds a superb 8x4m private saltwater swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in front of the panorama.The space is furnished with a dining area, garden furniture, deckchairs for relaxing, an outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue for sunset grilling. The carefully tended, flower-filled garden is home to a few pineapples and a petanque court for convivial moments at the end of the day. Villa Ti Baum enjoys a privileged location, just 2 minutes by car from the village of Bouillante, where you'll find all the essential amenities: grocery stores, bakery, gas station and small local shops. It's an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of the west coast of Basse-Terre. For relaxation, don't miss the famous Thermes de Bouillante, just a few minutes away, where you can immerse yourself in natural hot springs by the sea. For nature lovers, the Parc de la Source (14 minutes away) and the many surrounding hikes and waterfalls - such as the famous cascade aux Ă©crevisses or the trail leading to the Carbet Falls - are invitations to adventure.
Lovers of swimming and snorkeling will appreciate the nearby pebble beach of Bourg de Bouillante (2 minutes) and the magnificent beach of Anse Ă Sable (8 minutes). A little further afield, 15 minutes away, Malendure beach welcomes you with its famous Cousteau Reserve, a must-see spot for diving and boat excursions. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
