The spacious living room is centered around a comfortable TV lounge and an indoor dining area, both of which open onto the outside. The fully equipped, functional, and user-friendly kitchen has a serving hatch opening onto the terrace and includes a dishwasher, rice cooker, hand blender, waffle maker, and Nespresso and filter coffee machine. Outside, the villa opens onto a beautiful furnished terrace facing the pool, with a dining table, a small garden lounge, a hammock, and six sun loungers, inviting you to relax. The 7 x 3.5-meter private chlorine pool is surrounded by a garden with trees and flowers and equipped with a ping-pong table.
