This villa is spread over one floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you will find an air-conditioned master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and its own private bathroom, offering an intimate and relaxing setting. Upstairs, three other air-conditioned bedrooms complete the accommodation: two bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm), one of which has an en-suite bathroom with double shower, and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A third separate bathroom and two separate toilets (one upstairs and one on the ground floor) ensure optimal comfort for all occupants.
The bright living room, which opens onto the kitchen, is a welcoming space where you can relax and enjoy each other's company, equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and filter coffee machine, so you can prepare your meals with ease.
Outside the villa, the furnished terrace offers garden furniture, deck chairs, and a dining table, ideal for enjoying the tropical climate. The secure 3 m x 2 m private pool invites you to relax with a view of the sea. The small garden offers a pleasant, green space with a petanque court, a charcoal barbecue, and a water tank for added convenience. A laundry room with a washer and dryer completes the amenities for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
