Villa Blue Wave is a beautiful luxury villa with a private swimming pool, located in Le Moule, on the east coast of Grande-Terre in Guadeloupe. Ideally situated, this lovely holiday home is just 35 minutes from the airport and only a 2-minute drive from Baie Nord-Ouest beach, which can also be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot. The villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with family or as a couple, in a peaceful environment ideal for relaxation and escape.
Villa Blue Wave features free private parking, allowing you to park your vehicle safely within the property. Access to the villa is secured by an electric gate. However, a car is essential to make the most of your stay and explore the many treasures of Guadeloupe.
Villa Blue Wave is a single-storey villa with a mezzanine, comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 guests. The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a fourth additional bedroom located on the mezzanine (no AC, no curtains), equipped with two single beds and a fan. Each of the two master bedrooms has its own private shower room, while a third shower room and a guest toilet complete the facilities. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: two 180 cm king-size beds in bedrooms 1 and 2, two single beds in bedroom 3, and two single beds in the additional mezzanine bedroom.
The living area features a bright and spacious lounge with a TV, opening onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar overlooking the living room, as well as a second bar/pass-through opening onto the outdoor area. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, citrus juicer, oven, microwave and toaster. The villa also features a laundry room and Wi-Fi.
Outside, the large terrace is arranged around the swimming pool, with two separate areas: one furnished with a comfortable lounge area and the other with a dining table. The 6 x 4 metre private swimming pool, secured with an alarm, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the exceptional surroundings. The garden boasts beautiful sea views and direct access to the waterfront, one of the villa’s main highlights. Two outdoor showers are available for refreshing after a swim, while a plancha grill is provided for enjoying convivial outdoor meals. Villa Blue Wave enjoys an ideal location for making the most of the many attractions of Grande-Terre. Just 2 minutes away, you will find a small shopping centre with all the essential amenities, including a supermarket, greengrocer, bakery and pharmacy. The villa is also surrounded by numerous restaurants, all within 2 to 10 minutes by car.
Surfing enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the proximity of the Damencourt surf spot, just 2 minutes from the villa. For a taste of the island’s local heritage, the Damoiseau Distillery is approximately 7 minutes away by car. The centre of Le Moule, also 7 minutes away, offers a chance to experience the local atmosphere and discover its famous Wednesday night market. For a day trip, the spectacular Pointe des Châteaux and Pointe de la Grande Vigie can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car.
For swimming and relaxing by the sea, Baie Nord-Ouest is the closest beach, just 2 minutes by car or around 10 minutes on foot from the villa. Plage de l’Autre Bord, known for its pleasant setting, is approximately 10 minutes away by car. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
