Designed to comfortably accommodate two people, its harmonious layout and tasteful decor make it ideal for couples. The sleeping area, nestled on the mezzanine, features an air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), ensuring optimum comfort. Two modern bathrooms with WC, one on the first floor and the other on the main level, complete the comfort of this cocoon. The bright, open-plan living area includes a lounge with Smart TV (Netflix access via your login details) and sound bar, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with countertop: oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all designed to meet your daily needs. Possibility of accommodating up to two extra people, as there is a sofa bed (€15/night/extra person).
The balcony, carefully furnished with plants, parasols, sofa and dining table, invites you to enjoy your meals al fresco. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
