Its harmonious layout is organized around a vast bright living room, open on the terrace and the swimming pool. This space brings together a friendly TV lounge, perfect for relaxing with family or friends, as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a central island to prepare and share your gourmet moments.

The villa has four air-conditioned suites, each equipped with a king size bed 180 x 200 and a private bathroom with shower and toilet, ensuring each guest an optimal comfort and privacy preserved. A suite is located on one side of the house, while the other three bedrooms are located on the opposite side, allowing for smooth circulation and a pleasant feeling of space. A guest toilet completes this functional arrangement.
The outdoor life is organized around a spacious terrace enjoying a superb sea view and views of the airfield, furnished with a dining area, deckchairs and furniture designed for relaxation. It opens onto a magnificent salt pool of  8 m x 4 m, ideal for lounging at any time of the day. The whole is nestled within a secure framework, with two free parking spaces and a surveillance camera on the parking access.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.

Cancellation policy :
  • Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
  • From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
  • 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
