Villa Bix Kay is a beautiful villa located in Petite Anse (Anses d'Arlet) , the sought-after southwest area of the island, on the Caribbean coast, close to the village of Anses d’Arlet. This holiday home enjoys a prime location, just 40 minutes from the Aimé Césaire airport and only 700 meters from the nearest beach ( Petite Anse). Ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking comfort, this vacation home is fully secured with an electric gate. For your peace of mind, the villa offers private parking within the property, along with additional parking available on the street nearby. A car is essential to fully enjoy the beauty of the surroundings and the freedom offered by this location and residential area.
Designed on one level, Villa Bix Kay can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This holiday home is centered around a spacious, bright, and open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen (refrigerator with ice dispenser, coffee maker, kettle) and a cozy lounge with TV. The sleeping area consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms: two double bedrooms (160x200 beds) and one children’s bedroom with two single beds (90x200 , it is possible to add a matress on the floor for one additionnal kid, meaning that the full capacity is 7 person). The villa also includes one bathroom with double sinks, an indoor shower, and an outdoor shower. There is an additional shower near the pool.
The outdoor area is truly the heart of the villa. A first terrace at the entrance features a bar area and charcoal barbecue with wooden benches, while a second covered terrace, accessible from the living room and bedrooms, offers a large dining table facing the 8m x 4m saltwater pool. A carbet fitted with a bar, TV, and fridge completes this relaxing, enclosed space, enhanced with built-in seating to fully enjoy the tropical ambiance.
You can even enjoy the luxury of having a drink right in the pool thanks to the submerged seats.
The villa is surrounded by a garden featuring numerous fruit trees (mango, surette, Cythère plums, etc.)

In terms of activities, there is plenty to enjoy nearby: discover the natural hot water spring of Dlo Ferré just 5 minutes away, admire the famous viewpoint over the Diamond Rock just 4 minutes away, or explore the underwater world with diving and snorkeling in Anses d’Arlet about 10 minutes away.
Beach lovers will be delighted with Petite Anse beach just 700 meters away and the beach in the village of Anses d’Arlet about an 11-minute drive. For dining options, you’ll find seaside snack bars in Petite Anse as well as several restaurants in the Diamant town center. Between sea, nature, and local discoveries, this vacation home is the perfect base to fully experience the beauty of southern Martinique.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
