Villa Dou Cherry is a splendid high-end property located on the South Caribbean coast of Martinique, just 22 minutes from the airport. Set within a sought-after residential neighborhood, this high standing holiday home enjoys a prime location only a few steps from the beautiful Cherry Beach in Le Diamant. Perfectly suited for families, large groups, business travelers or seminar stays, the villa offers an intimate and spacious setting for a peaceful getaway. Several free parking spaces are available both inside the property and just outside, secured by an electric gate. To fully enjoy the island’s landscapes and attractions, a car is essential.
Built over three levels and offering breathtaking sea views, Villa Dou Cherry comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in a modern and elegant setting. The pool level features a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light, including a fully equipped kitchen with central island, a TV lounge, and a second lounge opening directly onto the Caribbean Sea and the iconic Diamond Rock. This level also includes two air-conditioned suites, each with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. An outdoor shower and a guest WC are also available on this level.
The other two levels are dedicated to the sleeping areas, with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all featuring their own private bathrooms and terrace access, as well as an additional outdoor shower.
The villa offers two kitchens: a modern indoor kitchen (coffee machine, blender, freezer, ice maker, oven, microwave, wine glasses…) and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Weber barbecue. The outdoor spaces include several terraces: a large deck around the pool with outdoor lounge, sun loungers, bar, shower and WC; a dining terrace facing Diamond Rock; and a more intimate terrace adjoining the lower-level bedrooms.

Villa Dou Cherry enjoys an ideal environment that combines relaxation and discovery. All essential amenities in Le Diamant are just minutes away: gas station (5 minutes), mini-market U Express (4 minutes), and bakery (4 minutes) at the entrance of the village. Beach lovers will be delighted: Cherry Beach is only 450 meters away, and Le Diamant’s main village beach is a 7-minute drive.
Several must-do activities await you nearby:
– boat or jet-ski excursions to Diamond Rock departing from the fishing ports of Taupinière or O Mullane Bas,
– the coastal hike of Le Diamant, perfect for enjoying sea-and-forest panoramas,
– the ascent of Morne Larcher, one of the island’s most beautiful hikes.
For dining, strolling or seaside entertainment, the village of Le Diamant offers numerous snack bars and small restaurants along the beach and near the market square. Fifteen minutes driving distance from the villa, the Anses d’Arlet area also provides a wide variety of dining options and water activities. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
