Villa Joahia is a holiday villa with a swimming pool located in le Diamant, in the south-west of Martinique, just 30 minutes from the airport. Facing the Rocher du Diamant, the villa enjoys a breathtaking sea view and a prime location only 1 km from the village of Le Diamant and its famous beach.
Set in a quiet, residential area, Villa Joahia is ideal for families, groups of friends, or business stays seeking comfort and serenity. A car is essential to fully enjoy the region. The property features private parking for up to three vehicles and is fully secured by an electric gate.
Entirely single-storey, Villa Joahia is designed around a U-shaped layout that promotes conviviality. This holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with 160 cm beds sharing a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a spacious master suite with a 180 cm bed, its own en-suite bathroom, and a communicating children’s room (extra sleeping with a baby cot and a 90 cm bed).
At the heart of the villa is a bright, open-plan living area featuring a lounge with TV and high-performance Starlink internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, microwave, wine glasses, etc.) opens onto the outdoor space via a convenient serving hatch that can also be used as a bar.
Outside, a large terrace surrounds a 7 x 4 m chlorine swimming pool secured with an alarm. You will also enjoy a shaded pergola with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a relaxation corner, and a small garden at the back of your vacation rental.

Villa Joahia enjoys an ideal location for exploring the south of Martinique. The first amenities are within walking distance or just a few minutes by car: a bakery about 800 meters away, the local market 1 km away on the village square facing the beach, and a gas station only 10 minutes away.
Nature and sports lovers will appreciate the proximity of Morne Larcher for beautiful hikes, surfing sessions on Plage du Diamant (lessons and equipment rental available), as well as a visit to the Cap 110 Memorial.
As for beaches, Plage du Diamant is just 1 km away, while Anse Cafard is about 3.5 km away. Finally, the village of Le Diamant, only 1 km from the villa, offers numerous restaurants, bars, and entertainment options—perfect for enjoying the local atmosphere without traveling far.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
