Villa Essane is an elegant holiday home nestled in the North Atlantic region of Martinique, just a 30-minute drive from the international airport. Ideally located in the heart of the countryside, 4 km from Le Robert (bordering the "Vert-Pré" neighborhood) and 7 km from Gros Morne, this contemporary villa offers a peaceful setting, perfect for family getaways, trips with friends, or professional stays. While no beach is directly nearby, the beaches of Trinité — including Raisiniers Beach (9 km) and L’Autre Bord Beach (10 km) — are easily accessible by car, making a rental vehicle essential. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Villa Essane enjoys a serene environment and provides free parking nearby. For added peace of mind, the vacation home is equipped with a camera surveillance system, ensuring comfort and security throughout your stay.
Villa Essane is spread over two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms await you: one equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (140x200 cm), sharing a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The bedroom with the 140 cm bed has no door (mezzanine style, see virtual tour). It also does not have blackout curtains (be aware that you will be living with the rhythm of the sun in this room!). In a separate bungalow accessible from the terrace, there is a superb independent master suite. The large mirrored bay windows of this suite offer brightness and modernity while preserving the privacy of its occupants. This bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200) and an elegant bathroom bathed in natural light from a skylight, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The entire house is air-conditioned and designed with great attention to detail, showcasing solid wood carpentry crafted by local artisans, as well as an original suspended net upstairs overlooking the kitchen.

Villa Essane enjoys a convenient location close to local amenities. A bakery is just 1.2 km away (a 3-minute drive), a gas station is only 900 meters away, and the Robert market is about 7 km away, where you can discover fresh local flavors. For larger shopping needs, the Océanis shopping center with its large supermarket is also accessible within a 10-minute drive.
As for activities, the North Atlantic region of Martinique is full of authentic experiences. Just a few kilometers away, don’t miss a visit to the Denel factory or the HSE distillery, both symbols of Martinique’s agricultural and rum-making heritage. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the Trace des Jésuites, a trail deep in tropical nature offering a total immersion. A little further, around Trinité and Tartane, you’ll find plenty of cultural and sporting activities, from walks and surfing to swimming and exploring the wild coastline.
For beach lovers, Raisiniers Beach in Trinité is 9 km away, while L’Autre Bord Beach is 10 km away. If you venture further to Tartane, La Brèche Beach (16.6 km) awaits with its authentic charm and friendly atmosphere. Finally, for dining options, you’ll find seaside snacks and restaurants in Le Robert and Trinité, as well as many small eateries in Tartane. Villa Essane’s location allows you to combine comfort, authenticity, and a wide range of activities, making your stay in Martinique both relaxing and enriching.

Je suis ravie d’avoir séjourné à la villa Essane, une villa moderne, belle et très bien équipée. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de découvrir un petit panier d’accueil composé uniquement de produits locaux — mention spéciale aux macarons coco faits maison par la maman du propriétaire, ils étaient absolument délicieux ! La villa est exactement conforme aux photos. La literie est confortable .Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les pièces, y compris dans la dépendance. La piscine est superbe avec même l' éclairage la nuit qui change de couleurs , il y a même une douche extérieure juste à côté, très pratique. Nous avons aussi eu le plaisir de déguster des noix de coco directement cueillies sur l’arbre du jardin, un vrai plus ! Le propriétaire a été très attentif, réactif et à l’écoute de toutes nos demandes. Côté cuisine, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine extérieure et le barbecue mis à disposition, parfaits pour profiter des repas en plein air. Et pour couronner le tout, la maison dispose d’une excellente sono, idéale pour mettre un peu d’ambiance pendant le séjour ! En résumé, un séjour parfait dans une villa exceptionnelle — je recommande vivement !
