Where is this charming beachfront villa located in Martinique?
Villa Casa Blanca is located on the Atlantic Coast of Martinique, in the town of Trinidad, just a 10-minute drive from the Caravelle Nature Reserve, and the most beautiful surfing spots on the island. Raisiniers Beach is also only 10-minute walk from the villa.This holiday rental enjoys a privileged location on the seafront and in the heart of the village of Trinité. It takes half an hour by car to get to Villa Casa Blanca from the Aimé Césaire International Airport. Two parking key cards will be given to you upon arrival, in order to park your vehicles in a car park located near the villa. The enchanting and unique setting of this holiday home in Martinique will transport you out of time.
How is this villa,on Trinidad’s seafront, arranged?
Villa Casa Blanca can accommodate up to 8 travelers. This holiday rental is ideal to enjoy a stay with family or friends (however, for safety reasons, only children over 12 years old are accepted). Inspired by Cycladic architecture the decoration of this holiday home is deliberately minimalist. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen (with a blender, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, etc.) open to the living room and deck. This room offers an unobstructed view of the 15mx3m pool with the sea in the background. A table on the terrace allows 8 travelers to have lunch together, in a friendly atmosphere. A first suite is located on the same level, with a double bed (of 140 x 190 cm), a chest of drawers and a walk-in shower, and a toilet. This room is accessed through either the main room or via the corridor through a bay window. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The first suite on your left has a bed (of 160x190 cm)and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a toilet. The second suite is arranged in a similar way, but has two single beds (of 90 x 190 cm) which can be joined to make a large bed. It also has access to the terrace. This terrace, offering sea views, is shared with the fourth bedroom containing a storage wardrobe and a bed of 160 x 190 cm. The bathroom of this suite is separate as well as the toilet. A little extra for suites three and four are their balconies that offer a bird's eye view of the pool and the sea. Several relaxation areas have been designed and arranged so that everyone has their privacy. And to top it off, the 15m x 3m poolwill give you an impression of endless swimming towards the ocean!

Bonjour, Nous avons été ravi de la Villa les pieds dans l'eau. Très agréable à vivre et avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine et la baie de trinité. Idéale pour se ressourcer et se détendre. Merci.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
