This space includes an open-plan kitchen with a central island facing the TV lounge. This level also features two bedrooms (with queen-size beds) and a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
