La Favorite distillery - Martinique
The Favorite habitation is located uphills Fort-de-France. This distillery is the only one in Martinique using a steam engine. During the rum production, you can observe the working steam engine. A shop is situated next to the car park and allows to taste some rums. You absolutely have to taste the Flibuste, a rum older than 30 years (must have in your cellar!). Open every day from 8 am to 12 pm.
