For your peace of mind, the residence offers an electric gate, code-protected door, and free secure parking.
This single-level apartment on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The apartment features a bright, open-plan living area with a lounge and connected TV (Orange TV), along with a fully equipped kitchen open to the outside.
The sleeping area includes two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a workspace, one with a king-size bed 180 x 200 cm, one with a double bed 160 x 200 cm The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and WC, plus a guest WC.
The modern kitchen includes: dishwasher, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster, TASSIMO coffee machine, and wine glasses.
The living room opens onto a covered 15 m² terrace with marina views and two garden chairs, perfect for relaxing. The residence also features a shared pool, open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and a dedicated parking space in the secure lot.

The Horizon Émeraude Apartment enjoys a particularly convenient location, with all amenities within easy reach in the lively Étang Z’Abricot area: shops, bakeries, gas stations, and everyday services. When it comes to leisure activities, there are several options just a few minutes away: boat trips, exploring downtown Fort-de-France, or shows and cultural events at the Atrium. Beach lovers can easily reach Madiana Beach (Schoelcher) 7.5 miles away or Anse Madame Beach about 8 miles away. Finally, for your gourmet outings, there are several restaurants just opposite the residence, in the lively and pleasant Marina district, ideal for enjoying a stroll at the end of the day.

L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. En revanche, nous avons été surpris par la demande de nettoyage de la salle de bain avec une très faible quantité de produit ménager, ce qui ne correspond pas à nos expériences habituelles de location de vacances où le ménage est généralement inclus dans le prix. Étant une petite famille en vacances, nous avons également trouvé que la personne venue effectuer l’état des lieux semblait particulièrement attentive aux moindres détails, avec une attitude perçue comme suspicieuse. Nous tenons toutefois à préciser que nous sommes des voyageurs honnêtes et que nous aurions bien évidemment signalé tout éventuel problème. Malgré ces points, nous avons globalement apprécié notre séjour en Martinique.

I stayed in Martinique at the Horizon Emeraude Apartment with VILLAVEO. The residence is gated and very peaceful, offering a calm and secure environment. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment features a large TV, which makes the stay very comfortable. It is also conveniently located close to shops, with a Carrefour Express within walking distance. The host was very responsive and proactive throughout our stay.
