Villa Talluha is spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. This modern, fully equipped villa offers a harmonious layout combining comfort and tropical elegance. On the ground floor, you will find an air-conditioned master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and its own private bathroom, ideal for enjoying an intimate and peaceful space. Upstairs are three other air-conditioned bedrooms: two with king-size beds (180 cm), one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and one with two single beds (90 cm), perfect for children or friends. A third bathroom and two guest toilets complete the sanitary facilities.
The bright, open-plan living room, which opens onto the contemporary kitchen, creates a convivial space where everyone can get together. You will find a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi for your relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen will delight food lovers: dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice cube dispenser, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine.
Outside, the furnished terrace offers a real extra living space with garden furniture, a dining table, and deckchairs to make the most of the Guadeloupean sun. The private 3 m x 2 m swimming pool, secured and surrounded by a garden with sea views, invites you to relax at any time of day. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
