Villa Océalis is a stunning 5-star luxury villa located in Le Moule, on the eastern coast of Grande-Terre, Guadeloupe. Recently built and elegantly furnished with taste and sophistication, this single-storey villa with a mezzanine can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 guests. The villa features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as an additional bedroom on the mezzanine equipped with fans ( no AC, no curtains). The first two bedrooms each have a 180 cm king-size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. The mezzanine also features two single beds.
The villa offers two private bathrooms with italian shower, each adjoining one of the two master bedrooms, as well as an independent shower room and a guest toilet. The spacious, bright living room features a TV and a music speaker and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, kettle, citrus juicer, toaster and dishwasher. Pass-through openings connect the kitchen to both the living room and the outdoor area, creating a seamless flow between the different living spaces.
Outside, the villa offers an exceptional setting with a sea-facing terrace featuring a dining area, outdoor lounge and sun loungers, as well as a garden overlooking the sea. Its direct access to the waterfront and stunning sea views are perfect for making the most of the tropical surroundings. The private 6 x 4 m swimming pool, secured with an alarm, is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
