The bungalow is only 45 minutes away from Pointe-à-Pitre airport and 5 minutes away from Pointe-Noire village and all its amenities. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of the North of Basse-Terre and the Cousteau Reserve in less then 15 minutes.

This lovely cottage looks like a piece of paradise surrounding by the tropical vegetation. It has a comfortable terrace equipped with a private Jacuzzi, a large daybed and a dining table. We love the relaxing atmosphere and the nice view over the sea.
The kitchen area is very functional, equipped with a small fridge, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle... It opens onto the living room furnished with a sofa and a TV.
You will fnd a very comfortable queen-size bed in the spleeping area. A lovely bathroom with Italian shower and toilet completes the ameneties of this bungalow. This vacation rental in Guadeloupe is perfect to discover the island.
What is there to do around your holiday rental in Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe?
Ideally located to discover Basse-Terre, the cottage is halfway between Deshaie and Bouillante, nearby the famous Malendure beach where you can swim with marine turtles.
In only 15 minutes, you will reach the botanical garden of Deshaies, the superb beaches of Grande-Anse, La Perle or Anse Tillet. The pretty beach of Anse Caraïbes is only 800 m away from your holiday home. We also recommand you to go to the Cacao house to try the delicious chocolate.
For diving and hiking enthusiasts, this charming cottage in Guadeloupe is the place to be. The "an ba dlo la" diving centre,
located in Anse Caraïbes beach, or the "Heures Saines" diving centre on Malendure beach, will allow you to discover the amazing scuba diving Cousteau Reserve, the most beautiful diving spot in Guadeloupe.

Tout s'est bien passé. Dommage que les équipements restent vieillissants et certains non changés ou réparés. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance , lors de notre séjour pas de télévision car celle-ci était en panne. Toutefois, le lieu reste magique.

We stayed 1 week in the Cacao bungalow and had a wonderful experience. The jacuzzi was an excellent addition to the late evenings. The surrounding of the house is very peaceful and quiet with a lot if bird song and wild nature around. The kitchen was sufficient equipped for occasional cooking and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would come again.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
