It takes around 35 minutes to reach your vacation villa from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, and 5 minutes by car to reach the town of Saint-François and all its amenities (restaurant, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). The small beach of Anse à la barque is the nearest beach to your vacation home, about 100m away on foot.

On the other side of the living room, a small corridor leads to a guest WC, an air-conditioned bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin, and a final air-conditioned bedroom with four-poster bed facing the sea.

The large, covered and shaded terrace houses a large dining table, a hammock and a small outdoor seating area. A barrier with secure gate leads to the pool and deck area. This is clearly the villa's strong point, with its deck surrounded by several deckchairs, a shaded lounge area and its beautiful pool facing the sea, leaving you speechless!

From the terrace, an outside staircase beside a superb avocado tree (which will provide you with good avocados in season), leads down to the bottom of the house, where you'll find : Two further air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower room, a second small kitchenette and a sitting area with a convertible sofa bed.
This area also features a small shaded terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor table.
