Contemporary style, this architect designed villa offers bright and ingeniously oriented spaces facing the pool, allowing to live in / out.

Upon arrival in this prestigious villa, we are in awe, everything is in perfect harmony with the environment. Designed from the ground up, we go from one room to another, the light floods through each room allowing incredible brightness in the common areas.

With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, it can accommodate from 6 to 10 people. Indeed, the villa Lotus has a large master suite with a shower and bathtub and a queen size bed facing the infinity pool. The two other air-conditioned bedrooms each have a mezzanine and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small bathtub. Each has 2 single beds (90) and a queen size bed, either downstairs where on the mezzanine the two single beds can be pushed together and form a large double bed. We recommend sleeping lofts for adults or children 12 years old and older due to the narrow ladders.

In the center of the house is the sublime kitchen, the centerpiece of the house. It is fully equipped with an American fridge, a wine cellar, dishwasher, built-in induction table, but also a blender, Delonghi coffee machine and even a chocolate fountain ...

You benefit from a sublime workspace worthy of an architect's office facing the pool equipped with a large corner desk in solid wood. A convertible sofa fits into a corner of the office to accommodate two people.

The living room and the dining room are decorated with so much taste, everything is harmoniously conceived and arranged for the greater comfort of the holiday makers. You get Wifi throughout the villa, TNT channels and to top it all, so you can even watch movies on Netflix available free of charge. What more ?

Staying in this luxurious villa in Saint-François, you will be ideally located to discover the Pointe-des-Châteaux, but also the region of the mold and the breathtaking landscapes of the North of Grande-Terre. From the villa, you could enjoy a very pleasant stroll along the coast and observe the sea. In 10 minutes by car, you will reach the superb viewpoint of the Porte d’Enfer at Moule and its pretty cove against low. Take the opportunity to visit the Damoiseau distillery at the Moule which offers one of the best rums of Guadeloupe and discover the beautiful house Zevallos.
