Capesterre-de-Marie-Galante is located on the southern tip of the island. This little fishing village allows you to travel back in time. The red roofs of the Creole-style homes provide a stunning contrast to the turquoise-blue horizon.We recommend you visit Touloulou, a restaurant situated on a coconut tree lined beach, where you can savor a delicious meal of ouassous (crayfish) swimming in a luscious coconut sauce.

The must-see places on the island include: the Bellevue distillery, the Bézard windmill, the cliffs of Anse Piton, the pebble paths leading to the Taliseronde and Feuillard beaches, the Habitation Murat, the village of Saint Louis and Gueule Grand Gouffre.
