Designed for a romantic getaway, the Alizé Doré apartment can accommodate up to two people and is located on the first floor (accessible by stairs from the main terrace) of a small residence of four apartments with a shared swimming pool. Completely renovated, the apartment includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The comfortable and inviting living space comprises a bright open-plan living room and kitchen, furnished with a sofa and a Smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming platforms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto machine, and kettle. The apartment opens onto a pleasant furnished terrace with garden furniture and a dining table, ideal for al fresco dining. Guests also have access to a shared 8 x 4 m saltwater swimming pool, secured by an alarm, as well as a communal area with a barbecue, sun loungers, and a hammock.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
