Villa Arlet is a lovely holiday home ideally situated in Les Anses d’Arlet, along the stunning South Caribbean coast of Martinique. Just a 40-minute drive from the airport, this contemporary villa enjoys a sought-after location only a few steps from the beach of the village, accessible within meters. Its exceptional setting makes it perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a comfortable base to explore the southern coastline. This vacation home features an electric gate and free parking nearby. To fully enjoy the many beaches and activities in the area, a car is essential.
Villa Arlet is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 guests in optimal comfort. On the ground floor, you will find the first air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a guest WC. The bright, fully open living area includes a welcoming lounge with a TV (Orange ADSL box) and a modern L-shaped kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and toaster. A serving hatch opens directly to the outdoors and offers a glimpse of the sea.
The upper floor hosts two additional air-conditioned bedrooms, each featuring a 160 cm queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms open onto a shared balcony with a beautiful sea view and have access to an independent WC on the same level

Outside, the terrace surrounding the pool invites you to relax with four sun loungers, a dining table, an outdoor lounge, and a pleasant 2 m x 3 m saltwater plunge pool with safety features. At the back of the vacation rental, a barbecue completes the amenities for enjoying friendly outdoor evenings.

Culture lovers can visit the village and its iconic church, while nature enthusiasts will enjoy hiking up Morne Champagne or discovering the magnificent underwater world by snorkeling directly from the beach.
The two closest beaches are the village beach, located 140 meters away, and Grande Anse Beach, 2.6 km away, both renowned for their turquoise waters and sea turtle sightings. For dining options, the "Coin des Pères" area, located 500 meters away, offers several seaside restaurants. Whether you enjoy swimming, strolling, water sports, or local discoveries, the surroundings of Villa Arlet provide countless experiences, all accessible on foot or within a few minutes’ drive. You will be within walking distance of the fruit and vegetable market, the fresh fish market, a grocery store, restaurants, and doctors, all just a 5-minute walk away.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
