Just 35 minutes from the airport, this villa enjoys a prime location only 160 meters from the beach of the Anses d’Arlet village, one of the island’s most iconic and beautiful shorelines. Perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends, Villa Blanc de Blanc offers a serene and welcoming atmosphere at the heart of a charming seaside village. A private parking area accommodating two vehicles is available directly on the property—making a rental car essential to explore and enjoy the region fully.
All on one level, Villa Blanc de Blanc offers a beautifully renovated interior thoughtfully designed to welcome up to 4 guests in optimal comfort. The property features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200), along with two modern bathrooms equipped with a shower and WC, plus a guest toilet. The TV lounge opens directly onto the terrace and enjoys a stunning sea view, creating a bright and inviting living space. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials: espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, freezer, kettle, plancha grill, wine glasses… everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Outdoors, a partially covered terrace invites you to relax with two sun loungers, beach towels, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor shower. A 3m x 6m saltwater pool adds to the charm, while a mango tree brings a delightful tropical touch. A barbecue is also available for enjoyable alfresco evenings.

Just a few steps away, the Anses d’Arlet village offers all necessary amenities: a bakery located 450 meters away, the local market at 600 meters, and a gas station about 14 minutes from the villa. Along the coastline, you can enjoy a variety of activities including scuba diving, watersports with Caminagua (paddleboarding, kayaking, aquatic activities), and the scenic Morne Champagne hike. As for beaches, you’re spoilt for choice: a first beach is only 130 meters on foot, while the famous Grande Anse beach is just 2.7 km away. For dining options, several seaside restaurants await you in the “coin des pères” waterfront area, as well as many others along Grande Anse beach or in the nearby Diamant village. Your stay will be filled with relaxation, culinary discoveries, and a variety of nautical activities.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
