Where is this luxury villa located in Anses d'Arlet?
Located on the Caribbean coast, in the town of Anses d'Arlet, in Martinique, the villa Ifrevana has an exceptional location on the seafront. This holiday home, ideal for families or groups of friends, is located a few minutes from Grande Anse beach and has direct access to the sea from its private pontoon. Nestled in lush greenery, it is nevertheless preserved from the effervescence linked to bathing activity. Secured by an electric gate and a system of surveillance cameras, it has a parking space from which a fully tiled staircase evolves within the garden and serves the various living spaces of this vacation rental in Martinique.
How is this waterfront villa laid out at Anses d'Arlet?
Before entering the main villa, two small Creole houses with roofs decorated with lambrequins are outlined. They both have a fitted kitchen, a lounge area, an air-conditioned double bedroom (62.99 inches queen size beds) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bungalow has a sofa bed (for two child), the second has two twin beds (35.43 inches). Each bungalow can accommodate two adults and 2 children. The main villa can accommodate eight additional people, the overall capacity of this exceptional site is twelve adults and four children for a total of 16 persons. It is also fully autonomous in electricity thanks to an electric generator.
The landscaped path continues to serve the main villa. A large wooden terrace overlooks the garden where coconut and bougainvillea rub shoulders, and offers a unique view of the bay of Grande Anse. With a garden lounge, ideal for an aperitif with the parade of boaters as a backdrop, the terrace is also an ideal location for sunbathing thanks to the deckchairs available to holidaymakers. A second part of the terrace is covered and allow. Where is this luxury villa located in Anses d'Arlet? Meals to be taken in the shade. The terrace opens onto the interior dining room adjoining the functional and fully equipped kitchen. The latter, thanks to its fitted bar, offers the leisure of cooking with the sea and its shades of blue as the only horizon. Finally, the four large double bedrooms (62.99 inches queen size beds), equipped with air conditioning, are accessible from either side of the dining room. Each has plenty of storage space and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
What to do near this waterfront villa in Martinique?
Finally, the landscaped path winds through the garden to reach the seafront. A private pontoon allows free diving to explore the seabed where encounters with turtles are frequent. Sun lovers are not left out and can take advantage of a deck equipped with deckchairs for sunbathing. The ideal location of this seasonal rental in Martinique allows holidaymakers to be able to take advantage of numerous infrastructures just a few meters away. Indeed, the beach of Grande Anse is not only lined with restaurants but also day trippers: diving clubs, kayak rental, glass-bottom boat trip to discover the seabed ... a great vacation in perspective!

Magnifique villa dans un cadre paradisiaque avec un accès direct sur la mer des Caraïbes. Entretien impeccable. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités nécessaire dans la villa. Piscine en bonus. Localisation sur l'île idéale. Idéal pour des vacances en groupe. Aucun point négatif. Merci à l'hôte et à Danielle qui gère les choses sur places pour leurs disponibilités à tout instant. A bientôt j'espère.

A delight! With an enviable location; a wonderful, relaxed style and layout, this is one of the best Caribbean villas I have had the pleasure of staying in. With turtles off-shore, bars a short swim away on the beach and all-day sunshine, there is always much to do. We hope to return one day!

Truly lovely location, wonderfully decorated and spacious villa with beautiful ocean views. We loved the open spaces for a large group to gather as well as the privacy of the many bedrooms (each with its own bathroom!). The water is the main attraction and to have our very own dock/pontoon to walk on and jump into the ocean was incredible - we spent many hours there snorkeling and watching the amazing sunsets. Nearby in walkable distances are places to eat, drink, rent snorkeling gear, arrange for scuba diving and even rent a boat. We couldn't have asked for anything more! Great way to spend a 50th birthday celebration.-Sandi

Très belles maisons (une principale et deux dépendances) avec une vue inoubliable sur la baie de grande Anse, idéal pour des apéritifs à la tombée de la nuit. Une très belle demeure principale avec sa cuisine qui donne sur la baie et ses chambres toutes propres et climatisées. L'accès direct à la mer par le ponton privatif est empli de charme, les couchers de soleil y sont somptueux. Seul bémol, le restaurant "ti sable" qui envoie les watts le dimanche soir (certes pas tard, 23h max) mais assez pour vous rappeler à son bon souvenir. A noter aussi le grand nombre de marches, incompatibles pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande chaudement!

Effectivement, comme vous le signalez, la situation idyllique de la villa a ses avantages (proximité de la plage, des restaurants...) et ses inconvénients le dimanche soir ! Le mieux c'est de participer à la soirée directement au restaurant pour profiter du concert en live et apprécier la cuisine et les cocktails de Ti Sable :-) Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau en Martinique !
Excellent séjour nous connaissions déjà cette maison mais elle ne était pas à louer maison de "propriétaires "Seul défaut mais pas des moindres bruits et musique très forte tout le we soit 2 jours sur 7j nous louions avant plus loin plus profond dans la baie c était beaucoup plus calme

Effectivement, le cadre étant idyllique les plaisanciers viennent amarrer leurs bateaux le weekend et le restaurant Ti Sable propose des concerts très sympathiques le dimanche soir uniquement. Avant le voyage : Des renseignements indispensables et utiles ont été donnés Nous savions déjà qui nous recevrait et avons pu échangé par mail. Très bon accueil de la part de Françoise. Un problème de frigo en panne a été réglé de suite. Villa magnifique et très pratique. Endroit avec vue magique. Tout était très bien et Françoise pouvait répondre à toutes nos questions. Vraiment une très belle expérience pour nous tous.
Perchée sur la mer des Caraïbes cette maison est parfaitement située.elle possède un ponton qui permet d'accéder à la plage en 3 minutes à la nage. La situation aux anses d'Arlet est idéale avec ses petits restaurants, sa plage privée. L'accueil a été chaleureux et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le premier repas lors de notre arrivée.(très bonne cuisine créole)

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
