Villa Saint-Charles is a stunning villa nestled on the southwest coast of Martinique, in the sought-after town of Le Diamant. Just a 30-minute drive from the international airport, this elegant holiday home offers a peaceful and secure setting, perfect for a getaway with friends, family, or even a corporate retreat. Located 4 km from the beautiful Diamant beach, the villa's location allows you to enjoy the Caribbean coastline while staying away from the crowds. Accessed via a private driveway, the property features a gate, an alarm system, and free parking right at the entrance. A car is essential to easily reach nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions.
Designed to combine comfort, privacy, and conviviality, Villa Saint-Charles is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 15 guests. The ground floor features five air-conditioned bedrooms—four with double beds (two king-size 180x200 and two double beds 200x200) and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, except the children's room. This level also hosts a spacious open-plan living area with a TV lounge, reading nook, fully equipped kitchen (espresso machine, American-style fridge, blender, drip coffee maker…), and a separate pantry. The indoor dining area is located at the back of the villa, along a wide hallway offering a direct view of Morne Larcher. On the opposite side, the living room opens onto a large covered terrace that wraps around the house, complete with a dining table facing the pool, a cozy outdoor lounge, and a ping-pong table.
Upstairs, two additional air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed 160x200, the other with two single beds) share a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. A second TV lounge is also located on this level, along with a breezy rooftop terrace boasting a sea view—perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The villa also features a vast, secluded garden, a 7x3 meter saltwater pool secured with an alarm system, and a gas barbecue. Villa Saint-Charles enjoys a prime location just 3.2 km from the town of Le Diamant, where you’ll find all the essential amenities for your stay: bakery, local market, grocery store, pharmacy… It’s about a 6-minute drive. A gas station is also available at the entrance of the town, 6.8 km away. In terms of activities, the area offers a wide range of experiences, combining nature, culture, and relaxation. Don’t miss Cap 110 Memorial, a moving historical site located 6.2 km away, or the famous Morne Larcher hike, which starts at Anse Cafard (8.5 km). Hiking enthusiasts will also enjoy the coastal trail beginning at O’Mullane Bas, just 6.2 km from the house.
When it comes to beach time, you’ll be spoiled for choice with several popular spots nearby: Le Diamant’s main beach is only 4 km away, Anse Cafard is 5.7 km, and Cherry Beach, perfect for a late afternoon swim, is 5.3 km away. For dining, head to the seafront or the market square in Le Diamant, where several restaurants offer a warm and local atmosphere. Lastly, the picturesque surrounding villages are well worth a visit—especially Les Anses d’Arlet, known as one of France’s favorite villages—where you can enjoy snorkeling, stroll through colorful streets, and soak up the laid-back Creole lifestyle. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
