This charming holiday home is located in Le Diamant, in the south Caribbean region of Martinique. The villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, the air-conditioned living area is bright and open-plan, featuring a lounge with Smart TV, a workspace, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster, as well as a cozy dining area. A bathroom with shower and WC completes this level. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed(160x200), the other with a double (140x200) offer comfort and privacy, along with a bathroom with shower and WC.
The outdoor area of the villa Mandarine is a true space for relaxation, with a small garden featuring banana trees, sugarcane, and coconut trees, a saltwater punch pool (2.5m x 2.7m) with alarm system, a terrace with retractable awning and garden furniture including a dining table and two sun loungers, as well as a barbecue area and an outdoor shower. With its private pool and complete amenities, this villa is ideal for a family, friends, or couple getaway for up to 4 people, combining modern comfort with easy access to nearby beaches and shops.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
