Villa Flamboyant is located in the town of Le François, on the Atlantic coast of Martinique.A charming villa for up to 11 people, it will be your home away from home for families or groups of friends wishing to discover Martinique. Ideally located less than 30 minutes by car from Aimé Césaire Airport, Villa Flamboyant is located in the Frégate Est district. The villa has several parking spaces, so you can easily park near your rental. One of the highlights of this villa is its stunning sea views, providing a relaxing and soothing setting. For kitesurfing enthusiasts, Villa Flamboyant is close to some kitesurfing spots (Cap Est and Pointe Faula or even from the waterfront, below the villa), making it an ideal choice of accommodation for water sport enthusiasts.
Located in an idyllic setting, Villa Flamboyant is a spacious five-bedroom, air-conditioned rental. The villa comfortably sleeps eight adults and three children. The bedrooms are equipped as follows: the three master suites hold beds of 180 x 200 cm, the fourth bedroom holds two single beds of 90x190cm, and the fifth room has a bunk bed comprised of three mattresses (for the children!).
The villa also has four bathrooms with showers and toilets. Note that the bedrooms with bunk beds and the single beds are not accessible from inside the villa. These two bedrooms have external access, so we do not recommend that small children sleep there. Be sure to take the virtual tour to understand the layout of this site. The spacious communal areas include a living room with a sofa, a welcoming dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a air-conditioned mezzanine has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. Outside the villa Flamboyant, the circular swimming pool of six meters in diameter is secured by a removable barrier. The pool is lined with deckchairs for pure relaxation. A spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities, offer the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining in a picturesque setting. Whether for a family stay or a holiday with friends, this villa promises a sociable stay.

From the villa you can go on excursions to discover the islets of François and Robert (Josephine’s bath, Oscar Islets, etc.). From François Marina, rent a transparent glass bottom kayak (Fleurdo Ecoexcursion), treat yourself to a horseback ride on the beach near Macabou, or visit our distilleries to taste the best rum in the world (in all objectivity, always!). Kitesurfing enthusiasts are in an area conducive to the practice of this sport. Many spots are nearby: Faula Point, East Cape, Macabou. About a 15-minute drive away is also Lion’s Park, dedicated to children, with tree climbing activities and rock climbing. Finally, visit the village of François, to stock up at the market with fresh fish, vegetables, and local fruits. A memorable stay awaits you at Villa Flamboyant!
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
