Villa Calaïa is a lovely holiday home located on the North Atlantic coast of Martinique, an area renowned for its waves and popular with surfers. Ideally situated just 30 minutes from the airport, the villa offers a peaceful and relaxing setting just steps from the ocean. The charm of Tartane’s village beach, only 500 metres away on foot, invites you to enjoy refreshing morning swims or stunning seaside sunsets. This holiday home features a gate and a spacious area for free onsite parking. A car is essential to fully enjoy the surrounding area. Thanks to its privileged location, Villa Calaïa is perfectly suited for families with children, groups of friends or even professional stays.
Fully on one level, Villa Calaïa has been designed for comfort, relaxation and shared moments. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the villa includes 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for all. Two bedrooms feature queen-size 160 beds, one has a double 140 bed, and the last has two twin beds that can be joined together. Three of the bathrooms include a walk-in shower and WC, while the twin bedroom has a shower cabin without WC. A separate guest toilet completes the layout.
The open-plan living area is breezy and welcoming, centred around a TV lounge with sea view, a reading nook, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the terrace and pool. Coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, freezer, barbecue, oven, microwave and wine glasses: everything is provided to make every meal enjoyable.
Outside, the covered terrace offers both a dining area and a lounge area, each facing the sea view and the 5m x 3m salt-treated pool. Two sun loungers are placed by the water, along with an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off before swimming or after the beach. A second cosy sitting area nestles within the fully enclosed garden that surrounds the property. Combined with elegant furnishings and a recent renovation, this harmonious environment creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere where the holiday spirit begins instantly.

From Villa Calaïa, a variety of shops and activities are easily accessible. A bakery is located just 800 metres away, a petrol station in Tartane at 650 metres, and the lively market in Trinité at 7 km (Tartane also has a small market, but on a much smaller scale). Activities are plentiful too: surfing on Tartane’s famous spots, hiking on the Caravelle peninsula or visiting the Hardy distillery—there is something to suit every interest. For beach lovers, two beautiful stretches of sand are close by: Spoutourne beach at 1.1 km and La Brèche beach at 1.8 km, each with its own distinct atmosphere. Finally, the centre of Tartane—only 500 metres away—offers several beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine with your feet in the sand. With wild landscapes, cultural discoveries, water sports and delicious dining, Villa Calaïa offers the perfect base from which to fully experience Martinique.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
