Where is Villa Ti Pagerie located?
Villa Ti Pagerie is an ideal vacation rental for a family stay in Martinique. This seasonal rental is located in the heart of Pointe du Bout (a municipality of Trois-Îlets) on the south Caribbean coast of the island. Pointe du Bout is one of the few municipalities that allows for a car-free stay. Indeed, you can move around on foot and go to the beach, rent a car for the day, or take the maritime shuttle to reach Fort-de-France. It takes about 35 minutes from Aimé Césaire Airport to reach your vacation home. The villa does not have private parking space, but you can park your vehicle in a parking lot just across the street.
How is Villa Ti Pagerie arranged, a vacation rental in Martinique?
Villa Ti Pagerie is a vacation home for 4 people. Accessible from an external staircase, the front door opens onto a small hallway leading to the bedrooms or the living room. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, an independent bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The first bedroom has a large double bed (160), while the second one offers two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large bed. This latter bedroom also has a TV, a fan, and a balcony overlooking the garden below.
The living room of Villa Ti Pagerie consists of a seating area with a large sofa, a fan, and a beautiful TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, large refrigerator and freezer, blender, etc.). The utility room has a washing machine and a dryer.
Outside, a beautiful terrace surrounds the large 7m*4m swimming pool (with 4 sun loungers). A built-in barbecue will allow you to prepare your fish grills purchased from the fisherman in Anse Mitan.
What to do near Villa Ti Pagerie?
Villa Ti Pagerie is ideally located at Pointe du Bout. The Anse Mitan beach is 200m from the villa, and you can easily walk there. The Creole village, which houses several bars, restaurants, and artisanal and shopping boutiques, is 150m from the villa. The marina, from which you can go on excursions (diving, boat trips, dolphin discovery) or travel to Fort-de-France, is 350m away. At Pointe du Bout, you can also do kitesurfing, jet skiing, and tubing. It's an ideal location if you want to stay in a beach resort without having to take the car every day!

Nous avons réservé au derniers moment et nous ne pensions pas être autant ravis Tout d'abord l'emplacement qui permet de pouvoir bouger à pieds(plage ,restaurant ,marina..) puis la maison avec sa piscine jolie comme tout et surtout pour nous qui aimons cuisiner et rester le soir chez nous, la cuisine est très bien équipée et nous avons pu nous sentir comme à la maison...! Et puis pour finir l'accueil de notre hôte ,Edwige,très sympathique et professionnelle qui nous a attendu assez tard à notre arrivée avec de délicates attention comme un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain et un planteur maison ....Les chambres sont également très confortables avec du rangement, la climatisation En bref nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé et trés bien situé : 3' à pieds de la plage Anse Mitan et non loin du quartier animé (surtout le we) de la Pointe du bout. La piscine a ravi toute la famille (avec 2 enfants) notamment en fin de journée. Nous avons eu une excellente communication avec Hedwige qui a toujours été disponible.

Très bon séjour dans cette villa avec notre petite famille ( 2 enfants ), l'accueil est super et la localisation Idéale. On gravite facilement dans l'île depuis les 3 ilets, la plage d'anse Mitan est à 2 minutes à pieds et la villa bénéficie d'une très agréable piscine sans vis à vis.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
