How is Villa Calia in St. Barts arranged?
The front door of Villa Calia opens onto a large bright room promising beautiful evenings. For entertainment there’s a billiards table, table football (under the stairs) and a ping-pong table is also stored in this space and can be set up outdoors. Upstairs, accessible from a staircase, is a large living room offering a superb panorama of the surrounding countryside. A sitting area with a TV adjoins the large kitchen. You will not miss any home comforts.A Nespresso machine, a Krups cream machine, a blender, a dishwasher, a freezer, are all available for your use. The living space is bright and comfortably furnished. In its extension is a beautiful infinity pool of 7m. Sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue are also available.
The three suites are arranged on either side of the main room. All suites are air-conditioned and have a large king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and large storage closets. Two of the three bedrooms have an Apple TV. It should also be noted that two of the three rooms are interconnecting. Each room, however, has direct access to the large balcony that borders the entire living space.
