The particularly spacious living area comprises a large, bright living room that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a comfortable sofa, a 75-inch Smart TV (accessible via your personal accounts), and a portable speaker. The kitchen, open to the living room, will delight food lovers with its numerous appliances: a refrigerator with an ice maker, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Outside, the villa opens onto a pleasant furnished terrace with a dining table, garden furniture, and sun loungers arranged around the private 8 x 4 meter saltwater pool, ideal for a refreshing and private swim. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.

Cancellation policy :
  • Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
  • From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
  • 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
  • Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
