Villa Coraluna is an elegant villa nestled in the heart of Petit-Bourg, one of the greenest and most central communes of Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe. It consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed 160 cm, ensuring restful nights. Two bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom, while a third bathroom completes the sleeping area, as well as two guest toilets for more comfort. The large open-plan living room sets the tone: a bright living room with a sofa, a 75' smart TV and a nomadic speaker, harmoniously communicates with a fully equipped open kitchen. (fridge-freezer, ice dispenser, Nespresso, blender, kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher...). This friendly space opens directly onto the vast outdoor terrace.
Outside your holiday home, you will discover a large terrace with dining table, cozy garden furniture and deckchairs, perfect for enjoying the outdoor moments. The wooded garden surrounds a magnificent private pool of 8 m x 4 m, ideal to cool off at any time of the day. An outdoor shower, a charcoal barbecue, as well as a vast leisure area including table football, darts, board games and ping-pong table complete the remarkable equipment of the villa. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
