With a surface area of 290m², this superb colonial house surrounded by a vast garden will envelop you in perfect harmony between charm and authenticity. This vacation villa in Basse-Terre has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Villa L’Habitation can accommodate up to 15 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends in Guadeloupe.

The villa is built in an L-shape which is divided into two wings: one houses the common areas as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, and a dormitory and a bathroom on the first floor. The other wing of the house has two more bedrooms and a connecting bathroom with direct access to the terrace.

On the first floor of the main part of the villa, there is a large and comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A wide corridor with a bay window and armchairs (ideal for reading) leads to two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. A guest toilet adds to the facilities of the house. Both rooms have access to the terrace encircling the pool.

A staircase leads to the first floor of the house and offers an air-conditioned dormitory space equipped with seven individual beds, a small sitting area and a bathroom.

The second part of the villa holds two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and the other with two separate beds. These two rooms share a common bathroom with a shower, a toilet and double sinks.

The outside part of the villa offers a very pleasant living space with its shaded terrace equipped with a large table to enjoy meals shaded from the Caribbean sun.

The swimming pool with its superb view of the garden is surrounded by a large deck, deckchairs, a lounge area, a hammock, a barbecue, a cabin and a pergola on the side of the house; enabling all guests to enjoy the space in complete privacy. The huge garden will allow children to play outdoors while parents enjoy their vacation in peace.

The house is equipped with a baby bed, a highchair, safety gates for children, television channels for children, books, board games, a library, and finally a ping-pong table... a real paradise for children as well as for adults!

A washing machine is at your disposal in the laundry room. And of course the house is equipped with Wi-Fi, two televisions (one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms) and a DVD player.
