Designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, it features an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has direct access to a shower room, while the WC is separate for added comfort. The bright, convivial living room includes a lounge and an open kitchen, meticulously equipped with a Lavazza capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, multifunction food processor, wine cellar, kettle, oven, freezer, ice dispenser, as well as a plancha and outdoor sink for extended conviviality. The TV is not connected, but has an HDMI cable, and the villa is equipped with Wifi.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
