Villa Vanillia is a modern villa located in Saint-François, a charming seaside resort in the south-east of Grande-Terre, Guadeloupe. Villa Vanillia is a single-storey villa designed to offer guests optimum comfort in a peaceful setting with a superb sea view. The villa Vanilia can accommodate up to 4 people in two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), while the second has two single beds (90x200), which can be combined to form a large double bed if required. Two separate WCs complete the night spaces.
The open-plan living room is bathed in natural light and opens directly onto the terrace and swimming pool, creating a beautiful indoor/outdoor continuity. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a connected TV and offers a convivial space open to the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen will delight food lovers with its Lavazza machine, wine cellar, blender, ice maker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker..
Outside, the terrace faces the sea and the pool, and features garden furniture, a dining table, chairs, a hammock, deckchairs and a plancha for al fresco dining. The saltwater swimming pool (3x6 m), secured by an alarm, blends harmoniously into a lush green garden on a secure estate. An outdoor shower is also available. For families, a cot, bath and high chair are available on request (for free), and a stroller with canopy is an optional extra. As for beaches, two magnificent stretches of white sand are just 6 minutes away by car: Anse des Rochers and the famous Raisins Clairs beach, ideal for swimming and relaxing. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
