The Boho Villa is situated in a residential area in the municipality of Saint-François in Guadeloupe. This lovely vacation rental is just a 5-minute drive from the city center and the marina of Saint-François. You will find a variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, and enjoy the night market at La Rotonde every Tuesday evening.

This vacation home with a pool offers a beautiful view of the sea. Allow approximately 35 minutes to reach your villa from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, 5 minutes to reach the International Golf Course of Saint-François, and about 10 minutes to admire Pointe-des-Châteaux.

The entrance to the house is secured by a gate, and you can easily park two vehicles. From the residence, you can walk along a small trail that leads directly to the sea.

Built on one level, well-ventilated, and pleasant to live in, the shaded terrace offers a comfortable living space with its large wooden table, pool, deck, sun loungers, and a small cozy seating area. The terrace provides access to the open-plan living room/kitchen area.

The living room, ventilated by louvers, is equipped with a large sofa and a flat-screen TV. The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living area.

Three bedrooms are accessible from the kitchen/living room area. The first has two single beds and its own shower room. The other two with double beds share a common shower room.

The last bedroom is accessible from a small corridor at the back of the kitchen and also has a double bed and a lovely small shower room. A guest toilet complements the villa's amenities.

The Boho Villa is equipped with a laundry area with a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a water cistern, and a charcoal barbecue specially designed for smoking.
