Villa Charlise is located in the heart of the residential area of Anse des Rochers, in the town of Saint-François in Guadeloupe.
About 30 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, you will need less than five minutes to reach the town of Saint-François from your sublime vacation villa, and find all the necessary amenities for your stay in Guadeloupe (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, marina, golf course, etc.).
In less than five minutes on foot, you will reach the sublime beach of Anse des Rochers. Almost private, this beach is located in the heart of the residence "Anse des Rochers". You can enter the residence by car to enjoy itsrestaurant facing the sea (entry bracelets for the residence are available at the villa).

Indeed, the Villa Charlise in Saint-François has eight modern air-conditioned bedrooms, nine bathrooms (including three with bathtubs), three equipped kitchens, three comfortable living rooms, but also two large swimming pools including one of 12m x 6m offering a panoramic view of the sea, two superb terraces and a large sports room.
Thus it can accommodate up to 16 people in complete privacy.
This luxury villa of 500 m² is articulated around three living spaces on three levels:
The first floor consists of a large,fully equipped, modern kitchen, plus a dining area and a large, air-conditioned living room with television. You will also find three air-conditioned bedrooms all equipped with a double bed (160/200 cm) and with their own private bathroom with WC. Two have a shower and one has a bathtub. One has a sea view and the other two have a small balcony overlooking the garden. Outside, you will enjoy the sublime swimming pool (12m x 6m) with massage benches and a sea view. A magnificent, covered terrace will allow you to take your meals facing the sea. You will also appreciate the numerous relaxation areas around the pool to help you enjoy your vacation, including deckchairs, a sunbathing area, and an outdoor lounge.

On the first floor, you have two air-conditioned bedrooms (one 160x200 cm bed, and two 90x 190 cm beds) with their own private bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a lounge area and two small terraces (one with a view of the sea and the other with a view of the garden and the second pool).
Finally, on the garden level, enjoy a space just as magnificent as the others, including a comfortable living room with TV andthree air-conditioned bedrooms (two beds of 160x200 cm and one bed of 180x200 cm) with their own bathroom. There is also a real fitness room with a professional body-building machine and bathroom, a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto a superb outdoor bar, a large terrace with a dining area, a garden lounge and finally a second beautiful swimming pool surrounded by vegetation.

The marina of Saint-François is only five minutes away from your vacation rental and is full of stores and restaurants.
