On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a very large lounge featuring a smart TV and air conditioning, as well as a separate, fully equipped and functional kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A serving hatch opening onto the outside makes it easy to enjoy meals on the terrace.
Three air-conditioned bedrooms are located on this level, each equipped with a TV. All three bedrooms feature a 160 cm double bed. One bedroom has its own private shower room, while a second shower room is available on this floor.
Upstairs, the fourth bedroom is also air-conditioned and equipped with a TV. It features a 160 cm double bed, a private shower room and its own private terrace, offering a peaceful space to relax and enjoy views of the sea.
Outside, the villa opens onto a pleasant terrace overlooking the private swimming pool. The outdoor area features a large dining table and chairs, garden furniture and sun loungers around the pool. The 8 x 3 metre saltwater pool, secured with an alarm, is perfect for relaxing and cooling off.
The beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed garden provides a private and peaceful setting. An outdoor shower next to the pool allows you to freshen up easily, while a Weber gas barbecue is available for enjoying meals outdoors.
